Dear friend.

I live in the Blue Mountains, a beautiful unique region approx 100 kms from Sydney, Australia. Like many of you, I am very concerned about the future of the region I choose to live in, and more importantly the state of our planet. I shudder to think what my children, my grandchildren and my great grandchildren will be inheriting. It's a sad feeling to acknowledge that man has raped and plundered the natural resources of this great vast world of ours. 

Here at the Blue Mountains Energy Research Centre ("BMERC"), I am striving to make a difference. I have a vision to bring to market technologies and strategies that will help reduce (and hopefully eliminate over time) our dependency on fossil fuels (oil, gas, coal). It's appalling that "New Energy" is still politically incorrect in mainstream circles.
